These eleven new compositions in French, alternating choir and soloists, are as many possibilities to renew the liturgical repertoire. Guitar, piano, wind instruments (oboe, whistle...) and strings accompany the voices. The lyrics are most often taken from the Bible or from the words of saints.
As for the artists, the choir is composed of brothers and sisters of the Community of the Beatitudes. Helène Goussebayle was responsible for the artistic direction of the CD, and various musicians and soloists contributed to the success of this CD. François Merlo (from SpearHit) did the recording and mixing, while Philippe Guével (Patrick Richard's musician and arranger) brought his expertise for the final arrangements.
