Jazz Rythm Box is a collector's box of 50 CDs of Jazz music with the greatest drummers of the 20th century!

Arthur "Art" Blakey (1919-1990) was an American jazz drummer and bandleader. Along with Kenny Clarke and Mx Roach, he was one of the inventors of the modern bebop drumming style and was recognized as a powerful musician. For over 30 years, his group, the Jazz Messengers, featured many young musicians who became prominent names in jazz.

Kenny Clarke (1914–1985) was a jazz drummer and an early innovator of the bebop style. He played with the leading innovators of the emerging bop style: Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Thelonious Monk, Curly Russell, and others, as well as with musicians of the previous generation, including Sidney Bechet. In 1988, he was inducted into the Down Beat Jazz Hall of Fame.

Maxwell Lemuel "Max" Roach (1924–2007) was an American jazz percussionist, drummer, and composer. A pioneer of bebop, he worked with many famous jazz musicians, including: Coleman Hawkins, Dizzy Gillespie, Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, Charles Ingus, Sonny Rollins, and Clifford Brown.

Bernard "Buddy" Rich (1917–1987) was an American jazz drummer and bandleader. Rich has been called "the greatest drummer in the world" and was known for his virtuoso technique, power, groove, and speed. Rich also served as a session drummer for many recordings, where his playing was often much more subdued than in his big band performances.

Gene Krupa (1909–1973) was an influential American jazz and big band drummer and composer, known for his athletic, high-energy drumming style. Krupa is considered by many to be one of the most influential drummers of the 20th century, and in 1978 he became the first drummer to be inducted into the Modern Drummer Hall of Fame.
