Paul Marie MBA had to write this book, sitting at the feet of the Virgin Mary, in the silence and peace of one evening, somewhere in a house in Nazareth.
The fruit of this heart-to-heart between mother and son is piously recorded in this book that you hold in your hands, dear reader. It is therefore a matter of committing yourself to the 9-day spiritual experience with Our Lady of Deliverance. Yes, nine days with her who bore the Redeemer in her womb for nine months. Nine days to develop a healthy and holy Marian spirituality which, far from turning us away from Christ, rather plunges us deeply into the mystery of the Redeemer, the Word made flesh. And it is precisely in her, Mary of Nazareth, that the Word became flesh. Thus, piety towards the Mother roots us ever more deeply in the mystery of the Son, "the only Redeemer of man" and "the centre of history and of the cosmos", to use the words of Pope John Paul II in his first encyclical Redemptor hominis. Indeed, on our own, we do not know how to walk the roads of life, let alone how to advance along the path that leads us to heaven, our true homeland. So it is the Mother who takes us by the hand to guide us and lead us to her Son. So we go to Jesus through Mary (Ad Iesum per Mariam) and with Mary (Ad Iesum Cum Maria).
