The fame of the Lebanese nun Saint Rafqa (Rebecca) Ar-Rayes (1832-1914) spreads everywhere, especially through the miracles that occur with the earth from her tomb: a "healing earth".
For the love of God, the saint serenely faced all the trials that constellated her life, edifying many people with her virtues. Three days after her death she appeared to her superior, who had been suffering for many years from a serious illness, urging him to take some earth from her tomb and apply it to the sick part. The healing was instantaneous.
From then on, the miracles, often sensational, linked to her intercession followed one another without interruption. She was declared a saint in 2001, following the healing of a tumour of Celine Rebeiz, a little girl of two and a half years old. But in the meantime, she continues, from Heaven, to give her care, as the many testimonies of prodigious healings reported in this book show.
Patrizia Cattaneo was born in Voghera in 1964. She gave up a career as a manager to devote herself to evangelization through the press. She has always had a passion for spiritual searching. She has published several books.
