Rosary Five Wounds of Jesus

As an introduction, we recite:

O Jesus, divine Redeemer, be merciful to us and to the whole world. Amen
Holy God, strong God, immortal God, have mercy on us and on the whole world. Amen
O Eternal Father, treat us with mercy by the blood of Jesus Christ, your only begotten Son; treat us with mercy, we beseech you. Amen
The following invocations are then recited:

On the little grains...

My Jesus, forgiveness and mercy. By the merits of your Holy Wounds.
On the large grains

Eternal Father, I offer you the Wounds of Our Lord Jesus Christ. To heal those of our souls.
As we finish the crown of the rosary, we repeat it three times:

Eternal Father, I offer you the Wounds of Our Lord Jesus Christ. To heal the wounds of our souls.
